Attorney Adams understands that clients are often reluctant to seek justice through
Attorney Adams has established legal precedent in numerous cases creating greater protections for vulnerable children and adults. Notably, Attorney Adams was lead counsel in Doe v. Bradshaw, a case filed in Massachusetts Federal District Court, which established that Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 214 § 1C confers strict vicarious liability on an educational institution for sexual harassment by any employee vested with the authority to care for and supervise students.
Attorney Adams has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for her clients, helping to provide the resources necessary to recover from the trauma they have experienced and so they can begin to rebuild their lives.
“I began my career as a civil defense attorney representing businesses and insurers, where I learned to navigate civil lawsuits in state and federal court. By understanding the strategies used by defendants to defeat a case, I quickly discovered my true calling was on the other side of the table as an advocate for victim’s rights. Whether representing a victim of sexual abuse or assault, or an employee who has faced harassment or discrimination, my passion is in helping people reclaim their right to dignity and respect and to rebuild their lives through the litigation process.”
